Empowering Young Minds: Behavioral Health Services for Ages 6-17.

Reflections Behavioral Health is proud to offer a Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Program designed to support the mental, emotional, and behavioral well-being of young individuals aged 6-17. Our program aims to address a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, substance use, and behavioral disorders, while empowering individuals and promoting resilience.

Our program includes a multidisciplinary approach and involves professionals like Nurse Practitioners, Licensed and Certified Counselors, Social Workers, and other support staff. Services are tailored to the developmental stages of children and teens.

Some of our services may include:

  • Assessments and Diagnosis
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy Peer-based sessions where kids or teens can share experiences, build social skills, and learn from others facing similar challenges
  • Skill Building Activities creative outlets like art, music, or role-playing will be used to teach emotional regulation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, sometimes through .
  • Family Involvement Parent training or family therapy to improve communication, address household dynamics, and equip caregivers with strategies to support their child’s mental health.
  • Holistic Supports education on physical health, nutrition, exercise and community resources to address the whole child.
